Where are all of the fish?

However, there remains a problem: German Umlaute Ä,Ö,Ü, ä, ö, ü etc.

1) If I post a blog with blogger.com using Ä,Ö,Ü etc. it get's displayed correctly within the blogger blogspot page.

As a lover of fish I have to wonder.  Where are they?
